How to invite your Parent/Guardian as a Sports Official?

||| A Parent/Guardian must be linked to any Sports official's account if the Sports Official is under the age of 18. || If you are over the age of 18 and have incorrectly added your age to your profile, you can use the chat function in your profile to speak to a member of our Customer Success Teaam. You will need to provide evidence of your correct date of birth in order for our team to update this.

Log into your YESREF Account.

Click the initials in the top right corner or if your using our App, click profile in the bottom right hand corner.

Click "Manage Profile"

How to add/update accreditation documents to your profile

Navigate to https://app.yesref.com/settings/account/sports or if you already logged into your account, Profile > Account > Sports > Select your Sport.

Click "Upload" on the section you wish to upload a document, you may need to remove a document if one already exists and you wish to update it.

Find the doucent from your computer or from the photo gallery if you are updating this via the App.
Update the expiry date of your accrediation after every upload.
Repeat this process for each document you wish to update
Click Save when you have uploaded all of your accrediation documents

Log into your YESREF Account and visit your profile page.

Click "Chat with YESREF"

Start a conversation with our Customer Success Team.
Select "I am a Sports Official / Parent"

Select "I need to update my level"

I haven't been paid yet, what should I do?

Firstly, we're sorry you’ve had to come to this page to receive payment however there are a couple of things you can do to help this process.

Go to your home page, click the Previous tab and select the Game/Event you haven’t yet received payment for.

Previous_Game_Tab Select the game/event in which you haven't been paid for yet… In this example, you can see the role status is in RED stating Awating Payment. || A game status in Red saying "Awaiting Payment" means the organisation haven't paid you yet. You will need to reach out to them and ask them to pay you. Paid_Role_Image In this example, you can see the role status is "Paid" || A game status in black stating "Paid" means YesRef is holding your money but we don't have your correct bank details in order to pay it out to you.

In this scenario, YesRef has your money ready to pay you. You will need to update your bank accounts details in the payment details section of your account.

Head to Profile > Accounts > Payment Details.

How to change your password

Navigate to https://app.yesref.com

Click "Forgot password?"

Enter your YESREF registered Email Address, the press Submit.

A Link will be sent to your YESREF Registered Email Address, click the link and change your password.

How do I change my Preferred Travel Distance

| The preferred Travel Distance will affect the games you can see on your #LiveGamesList and also where you will appear on a Sports Providers Appointment List.

Navigate to https://app.yesref.com or log into your YESREF App.

Select the initials in the top right hand corner or if you are using our App, select the profile in the bottom right hand corner.
