Add/Update my Football Referee Information

Adding or updating your information on YESREF for verification is simple. Login to YESREF

go to your Profile > select Account > Sports > choose Football. This page will provide you with the option to update your Football Referee information.

We have broken down, below, the different steps required to find the information to update your account on YESREF. The first thing to do, is to sign in to your account with The FA. To do this, visit this link: https://myaccount.thefa.com.

Qualification

Before verifying your account on YESREF we require evidence of your Football Referee Qualification. This can either be a copy of the certificate you received upon completing the course or affiliation evidence, as described below.

Affiliation

As a Football Referee, The FA require you to affiliate with your local County FA every season. Typically, your affiliation will expire on 30 June each year. To become an affiliated Football Referee on YESREF, all you need to do is upload your affiliation screenshot.

How do I invite a Parent/Guardian?

||| A Parent/Guardian must be linked to any Sports official's account if the Sports Official is under the age of 18. || If you are over the age of 18 and have incorrectly added your age to your profile, you can use the chat function in your profile to speak to a member of our Customer Success Team. You will need to provide evidence of your correct date of birth in order for our team to update this.

Log into your YESREF Account.

Click the initials in the top right corner or if your using our App, click profile in the bottom right hand corner.

Click "Manage Profile"

Click your initials in the top right-hand corner or profile in the bottom right if your using the app

Click "Manage Profile"

Click "Manage my {entity}

Click "Credit"

How to add/update accreditation documents to your profile

Accepted Answer

Navigate to https://app.yesref.com/settings/account/sports or if you already logged into your account, Profile > Account > Sports > Select your Sport.

Click "Upload" on the section you wish to upload a document, you may need to remove a document if one already exists and you wish to update it.

Find the document from your computer or from the photo gallery if you are updating this via the App.
Update the expiry date of your accreditation after every upload.
Repeat this process for each document you wish to update
Click Save when you have uploaded all of your accreditation documents

Log in to your YESREF Account and go to Availablity

Select the date you wish to delete, click the card below the Calendar

Either update the times or dates or select the elipsis menu in the top right corner of the closes period box

Click "Delete"
