YesRef Ratings Explained
Here at YesRef, we are wanting to change the game. Making Sports as safe and as enjoyable for all.
For years, Sports Providers have had the ability to share marks or feedback on Sports Officials, however unless a serious misconduct issue has arisen, it's unlikely that a Sports Official can share feedback constructively to Sports Providers and that is what founders, Olly Ballinger and Ben Williamson wanted to change.
YesRef Ratings allow everyone involved in the Game/Event to be able to rate their experience 24 hours after the Game/Event. A series of short categories to rate and share feedback. The Ratings are anonymous so you can say how you really feel.
A Sports Officials Rating is viewable after 10 Ratings. Simply click Profile in the app or select your initials in the top right hand corner on web.
| After 10 ratings, an average rating is created and becomes visible. The rating will update after every 10 ratings.
