I haven't been paid yet, what should I do?
Firstly, we're sorry you’ve had to come to this page to receive payment however there are a couple of things you can do to help this process.
Go to your home page, click the Previous tab and select the Game/Event you haven’t yet received payment for.

Select the game/event in which you haven't been paid for yet...
In this example, you can see the role status is in RED stating Awating Payment. || A game status in Red saying "Awaiting Payment" means the organisation haven't paid you yet. You will need to reach out to them and ask them to pay you.
In this example, you can see the role status is "Paid"
A game status in black stating "Paid" means YesRef is holding your money but we don't have your correct bank details in order to pay it out to you.
In this scenario, YesRef has your money ready to pay you. You will need to update your bank accounts details in the payment details section of your account.
Head to Profile > Accounts > Payment Details.
| Once you have updated your bank details or entered them for the first time, if they are correct, you will be paid within 5 minutes. This is an automatic process. If you haven't received the funds, you should your bank details again. Our records show that 99% of the time, its because something is wrong with you bank details or the name of the account.

A game status in black stating "Paid" means YesRef is holding your money but we don't have your correct bank details in order to pay it out to you.
In this scenario, YesRef has your money ready to pay you. You will need to update your bank accounts details in the payment details section of your account.
Head to Profile > Accounts > Payment Details.
