How to update your Sports Official Level
Log into your YESREF Account and visit your profile page.
Click "Chat with YESREF"
Start a conversation with our Customer Success Team.
Select "I am a Sports Official / Parent"
Select "I need to update my level"
Upload evidence of your new Official Level.
Once you have uploaded your document, our Customer Success Team will review this within 1 hour and your profile will be updated.
