How to update your email address as Sports Official
Log into your YESREF Account
Select your initials in the top right hand corner of if you are using our App, hit the profile.
Click Manage Profile
A chat bot will appear in the bottom right hand corner.
Type "Hi" to start the chat bot.
Click "I am a Sports Official / Parent"
Click "I'd like to update my email address"
Enter your new email address you would like to use then press the arrow button to confirm your email address.
Once completed, you can confirm you are happy with your request and click Yes. If you still need help, click No, I still need help and follow the further instructions.
Our support team will update your account within 1 hour.
