How to update your email address as Sports Official


  1. Log into YesRef




  1. Click the initials in the top right-hand corner or if you are using the app, click profile in the bottom right-hand corner




  1. Click "Manage Profile"




  1. Click the YesRef logo to start a new chat with our support team




  1. Type "Hi", this will start a new conversation with out support bot.



  1. Click "Sports Official / Parent or Guardian"




  1. Click "📧I'd like to update my email address"




  1. Type the new email address you would like to use



  1. The YesRef team will update your email address. Click YesRef to resolve the convesation


Our support team will update your account within 1 hour.
