How to close your date in YESREF

YESREF will assume you are Open (available) unless you have a Closed Date or it is outside your Daily Availability.
A Sports Official is unable to be Appointed to a Game/Event if there is a Closed Date.

This guide provides a step-by-step process for efficiently managing your availability on YESREF, ensuring that you can easily close dates when necessary. By following the instructions, you can customise your availability, communicate your unavailability to Sports Providers, and set reminders for yourself as to why you have closed the date.

Navigate to your YesRef Account

Click the availability calendar



Select a date you wish to close



Click the "+" button to add a new date



Select the start time or select all day



You use the clock to adjust the time if required



Click the "End time" field



Select the end time of your closed time



Select the reason you need to close the date. This is shared with Sports Providers that you share your availability with



Selecting an organisation will only close this date/time to the specific organsiation, helping you manage multiple Sports Providers in one place



Chose to add a personal note as a reminder, this cannot be seen by anyone other than you



You can select to repeat this closed date if you wish



The repeat can be set for an indefinite period of time or on a date you chose.Finally click "save" to save your changes.
