How do I share my Availability
Sharing your Availability allows you to stay in control of your Appointments, you can manage muitiple Sports Providers from one place.
Log into your YESREF Account
Click your initials in the top right (web) or click the profile in the bottom right hand corner if your using the YESREF App.
Click "Manage Profile"
Click "Share availability"
Click the "Organisation", type the Organisation you want to share your Availability with
Select the Organisation from the drop down menu
Click "Invite"
You can see any Pending Received Invites or Pending Sent Invites here
Click "Shared" to view the Organisations you have already shared with
If the Organisation is not your Governing Body, you can delete the Shared Invite here.
You can share your Availability with any Business, Club, Competition, Educational Institution or Governing Body.
