How do I share my Availability?

Sharing your Availability allows you to stay in control of your Appointments. You can manage multiple Sports Providers from one place.



  1. Log into your YesRef Account




  1. Click your initials in the top right-hand corner or profile in the bottom right-hand corner, if you are using the YesRef App




  1. Click "Manage Profile"




  1. Click "Share availability"




  1. Click the "Organisation and type the Organisation you want to share your Availability with.




  1. Select the Organisation from the drop down




  1. Click "Invite"


A Sports Official can share their availability with any Business, Club, Competition, Education Institution or Governing Body.
