Requesting deletion of your account can be achieved through logging into your account or my chatting with us using the widget on the bottom right of our website.
Here's how to delete your account when logged in:
To delete your account, go to your Profile and select Account > Personal Details. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and you'll see the delete account option. Click this button and we'll begin the process of deleting your account.
Here's how to delete your account when you're not logged in:
To request deletion of your account when you're not logged in. Go to www.yesref.com and talk to us using the widget in the bottom right of the page. Let us know you're a current user and that you'd like to have your account deleted.
