When should I travel to a Game/Event

The YesRef Team suggest that you should only travel to a Game/Event after applying for a Role on the #LiveGamesList when the following conditions apply:

The Role is in a state of Awaiting Completion.

Awaiting Completion means: Awaiting Completion is the current state of a Role. This state means the Organisation has paid for the Role, the money has been transferred to YESREF and the Total Fee will be automatically transferred to the Sports Sports Official 1 hour, after the end of the Game.

In essence, this confirms that the Sports Official will be paid 1 hour after the Game/Event. The name and contact details have been shared with both the Sports Provider and the Sports Official.

The Contact Details for the Sports Provider are available in the Game Details Card by clicking More Details in the Game Card.

Communication has been received from the Sports Provider confirming you are still required for the Game/Event.

YesRef does not expose your name or contact details to the Sports Provider until they have paid for the Role. YesRef has taken this approach to ensure Sports Officials are paid 1 hour after the game in which they have Officiated.

YesRef will not be liable for any fees incurred by a Sports Official who chooses to travel to a Game/Event without the above 2 conditions having been met.
