What information is available on a game/event?
Within YESREF, an initial Game Card is created which shows the basic information about your Game/Event.
Here is what you can expect to see:
The YESREF Game Card shows the following information:
Day, Date and Month of the game & Start Time
Your Fee & Expenses combined
The Role you Appointed too
Home Team & their Rating
Away Team & their Rating
Competition & Division
Address of the Game/Event
|| After selecting "More Details", a Game Details Card is opened with additional information about the Game/Event.
After opening the More Details section, you will presented with a series of information relative to the game. The Game Details are shown at the top of the card. Additional information regarding the Category of the game is shown below the Sport.
Below the Game Details, you will see details about Your Role, information includes:
Allocated role, Name, Rating & Role Status
The Fee, Expenses, Mileage claim & suggested Miles. (The information is taken from your postcode to the game postcode via the shortest route by car)
Responsible for Payment
Below Your Role, you will Additional Information.
||| Additional information is available to Sports Providers to add further information regarding the Game/Event. If the Sports Provider has not added any information here, as there is no information to display, this box will not be visible to a Sports Official.
Below any Additional Information, information regarding the location is shown. This includes:
Pitch Number (if inputted by the Sports Provider)
Address of the Game/Event
Travel Distance (In real time & mileage)
Round trip Travel Distance (in real time and mileage)
What3words Location (if inputted by the Sports Provider)
Below the location you will see Contact Details, information includes the name, role, telephone number and email address of the following people if known:
Who has appointed or requested you.
Home Team
Away Team
Competition
Finally, other Officials you are working with will be displayed at the bottom of the Game Details Card. Information includes, Name, Telephone Number, Email Address and Accreditation details.
If any of the Officials are under the age of 18, you will see this here and the Contact Details available are for the connected Parent or Guardian. YESREF will now show the personal details of anyone under the age of 18. ||| Officials Details will be shown if they are Appointed Roles. Roles from the #LiveGamesList will only be shown after the Sports Provider has paid for the Roles.
