What happens when an official doesn't turn up?

To date, we know of only two occurrences where a Sports Official has failed to turn up to game, across thousands of games.

We do however appreciate that this does happen from now and again and we're here to help when it does.

The first thing todo is to make sure you've updated the completion status of the game within the platform, as this money will be returned to you.
