How to update your Payment Details

Log into your YESREF Account via the Web or your app.




Click here the initials in the top left hand corner or if our App, hit profile in the bottom right hand corner.



Click "Manage Profile"



Click "Account"



Click "Payment details"



Enter the required details including the full name of the Account holder, Account Number and Sort Code. Then press save.



Tip: You will see a success message in a green window that states "Payment details updated successfully, we will try to re-process any outstanding payments you may have, please note that notifications regarding these payments will take a minimum of 5 minutes to come through."
