How to invite your Parent/Guardian as a Sports Official
A Parent/Guardian must be linked to any Sports official's account if the Sports Official is under the age of 18.
If you are over the age of 18 and have incorrectly added your age to your profile, you can use the chat function in your profile to speak to a member of our Customer Success Teaam. You will need to provide evidence of your correct date of birth in order for our team to update this.
Log into your YESREF Account.

Click the initials in the top right corner or if your using our App, click profile in the bottom right hand corner.

Click "Manage Profile"

Click "Account"

Click "Personal details"

Enter your Parent/Guardians full name

Enter your Parent/Guardian's email address.
Tip: This must be different to the email address you are using.
Click "Invite"

Your Parent/Guardian will have 7 days to click the link received in the email they receive and Register for an account, after 7 days the link will expire and the invite will have to be resent to your Parent/Guardian.
Parent/Guardians account will be reviewed by our Customer Success Team and will be approved within 1 business day.
It is important that the Parent\Guardian has logged out of YesRef before clicking the link in the email.
