What are the different access levels available

YesRef has created multiple access levels within the Users section to:


  1. Increase collaboration & productivity
  2. Aid security & access control
  3. Increase tracking & reporting
  4. Allow for customisation & scalability
  5. Share billing & accountability where required.


The following access levels are available to each user:


Admin


An admin has full access to YesRef, including the ability to accept new users, add Games/Events, Find, Organise and Pay Officials with access to Officials, Teams, Credit, Digital Payments, Sports, Users and Billing.


Standard


A standard user can add Games/Events, Find, Organise and Pay Officials with access to Officials, Teams, Credit and Digital Payments.


Finance


A finance user, receives only finance related notifications like invoices and credit notes, with billing access, Credit and Digital Payments.


Appointments with Credit


An Appointments with Credit user can add Games/Event, Find, Organise and Pay Officials with access to Officials, Teams and Credit.


Appointments Only


A user with Appointments Only can add Games/Events, Find and Organise Officials with access to Officials and Teams.
