YesRef was launched by Wiltshire based referees and entrepreneurs Olly Ballinger and Ben Williamson in 2019, who were inspired to fix the common problems faced by sports officials and sports organisations alike.

Together, Olly and Ben have combined experience of over 30 years’ within the sports and leisure industry and through their passion for sports and technology, YesRef continues to grow from strength to strength.
