# How to set Role defaults per Venue


1. Log into YesRef

2. Click your initials in the top right-hand corner or profile in the bottom right if you're using the app

3. Click "Manage Profile"

4. Click "Manage my education provider"

5. Click "Venues"

6. Click a venue or create a new Venue

7. Here you can add a role to pre-set against the venue. This will include the role, fee, expenses type, allocation type, level, responsible for payment and day.
|| When a Role default is set, when a game is created against the venue, the Role defaults will load automatically.

8. Click "Save", after you have entered the Role Defaults. You can add multiple roles by repeating step 7.
