Requesting deletion of your account can be achieved through logging into your account or by chatting with us using the widget on the bottom right of our website via the profile page.

Here's how to delete your account when logged in:

To delete your account, go to your Profile and select Account > Personal Details. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and you'll see the delete account option. Click this button and we'll begin the process of deleting your account.

To request deletion of your account when you're not logged in, send us an email at customersuccess@yesref.com and we'll begin this process for you.
