# How to create an account as a Sports Provider


1. Navigate to [https://app.yesref.com](https://app.yesref.com/%20%22https://app.yesref.com/%22) or download the YesRef app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Input your email address and password or you can register with your social media accounts.
|| A link to confirm your email address will be emailed to you, if this was your chosen registration method. Click the link in your email to verify your email address.

3. You will be asked for your First Name, Last Name and Phone Number. These are mandatory fields. Click Continue

4. Click "Sports Provider"

5. Select your primary Sport. You can add more Sports to your account later if required.

6. Select your Sports Provider type from the drop down list.

|| You can select from Club, Business, Educational Institute, Competition or Governing Body.

7.  Here you can search for an Organisation that already exists or create a new one if your Organisation isn't on the list.

8.  Add the Organisation address

9. You can select if your Organisation is affiliated and update who is your Governing Body

10. When your have completed this page, click continue.

11.  You will be required to upload evidence you are part of the Organisation, this could be a team sheet, a handbook, proof of ownership or a bank statement for the Organisation
|| If the domain name of your email address is the same as the Organisation name, you will not be required to upload any proof of membership, you can click Skip

12. Once you have clicked Finish, a member of the YESREF team will review your account and approve it, this typically takes 1 business day. You will be notified via email when this has been completed.
