# How do I manage my users?

1. Login to YesRef

2. Click the initials in the top right-hand corner or if you are using the app, click profile in the bottom right-hand corner

3. Click "Manage Profile"

4. Click "Manage my education provider"

5. Click "Users"

6. Select a user you wish to update

7. You can allocate to different Sports, Teams or Venues and update the access level of this user.

8. Click "Update User"

9. Here you will see the user access level has been updated
