# The YesRef network explained

The YesRef Network, featuring the #LiveGamesList, is a core component of the YesRef platform. It simplifies how sports providers connect with qualified Sports Officials. The #LiveGamesList enables providers to easily post games or events and request officials who meet specific qualifications for over 25 sports.

With a network of over 11,000 officials, YesRef ensures each official has the necessary DBS checks, safeguarding certifications, or sport affiliations, eliminating the need for outdated methods like searching through social media, WhatsApp groups, or mass emails. Providers simply add a game or event, select “Find,” and YeRef notifies them instantly when a suitable official is assigned. Officials receive real-time alerts for roles matching their preferences, such as game age group or travel distance from their home address.

In 2024, YesRef achieved a 79% success rate in filling over 8,000 requested roles, making it a reliable solution for sports organisations across the UK.
