# Sports Official's calendar

1. Click the people Icon and search for a Sports Official

| Press the information icon for the Availability Key

2. To view the Game or Event that the Official is Appointed to, select the date with the full circle around the date

|| Above, you will see the Sports Official is fully closed on 19th April, partially closed on 23rd April and is Appointed to a Game/Event on 27th April

3. You will now see the Game/Event details and the location

||| An Official can only be Appointed to a game if they are available for the duration of the Game/Event and the Game/Event is concluded during the Daily Availability
