# How to add/update accreditation documents to your profile

||| You will need to ensure that all uploads are completed before you can select save or you will be presented with an error suggesting a document hasn't been uploaded

|| There a maximum of 4 uploads required on this page. Including Sports Official Level, Affiliation Evidence, Safeguarding Check and DBS Check.

1. Log into YesRef

2. Click the initials in the top right-hand corner or if you are using the app, click profile in the bottom right-hand corner

3. Click "Manage Profile"

4. Click "Account"

5. Click "Sports"

6. Click the Sport for the level you wish to update

7. Remove any previous uploaded documents

8. Click "upload" to add a new document

9. Upload a document that evidences the accreditation you wish to update, click "Save"
