# How do I set my Daily Availability?

| Daily Availability is a quick and easy way to Close a period of time that you do not wish to receive Appointments. For example, if you do not want Appointments between 20:00 and 08:00, you should set your daily availability as 08:00 - 20:00

1. Login to YesRef

2. Click the initials in the top right-hand corner or if you are using the app, click profile in the bottom right-hand corner

3. Click "Manage Profile"

4. Click "Preferences"

5. Change the preferences as required

6. Click "Save" to update your preferences
