# How do I add more users to my Organisation?

To add a brand new user to your YesRef Organisation, the new user will need to [create a new account.](https://help.yesref.com/en/article/how-to-create-an-account-as-a-sports-provider-1y1jq45/)

When prompted the user should:

1. Select the entity type they wish to join IE Business, Club, Competition, Educational Institution or Governing Body
2. Search for the name of your Organisation. ||| They will not need to create a new entity since the entity already exists within YesRef.

Once completed, a notification is sent to the Admin's of the account to approve the new user. At this stage, you can allocate the Sport, Teams or Venue's to that user and also the required Access Level.
